Christin Schmidt

My name is Christin, and I am a Regional Manager/Senior Manager at a leading tech company, overseeing 100 FTE across BeNeLux, Nordics, and Baltics. Since starting in Tech/E-commerce in 2006, I’ve witnessed my company grow from a startup to a global leader, taking on diverse roles and managing markets like Germany, Vietnam, Japan, and EMEA. In 2019, I led an operational hub in Amsterdam.

I focus on leadership visibility within the travel ecosystem, collaborating with DMOs, associations, and chambers of commerce. Passionate about team building, I create high-performing teams through inspiring leadership sessions and am pursuing ICF coaching certification to help others unlock their potential.
