Christena is a Director of Engineering at Hotjar with over 20 years of experience delivering technology solutions for industry leaders. She's passionate about building highly-engaged teams and developing the next generation of technology leaders. Christena currently leads teams responsible for the technology that powers Hotjar's website, pricing, signup, and onboarding. Over the course of her career, she held various engineering and product roles across the financial services, marketing, retail, education, and defense industries. She loves traveling, music, food, and art. A native of the United States, she currently lives in Berlin with her husband and dog.
