Carol Lemos

I am a Brazilian with an Italian background living in the UK. I have +20 years of experience in Marketing and Communications. I have held LatAm and EMEA leadership roles in a Silicon Valley company, lead the EMEA marketing efforts for a London-based scale-up company and currently spearhead the marketing efforts for Prosci in Europe. I have also worked on market research and content development and started my career in the video/cinema post-production industry. I am a generalist, who has acted in diverse fields and believe that having a learner attitude is a superpower!

I have a 7-year-old son. I am passionate about: languages – I currently speak 5 (some better than others), reading, writing poetry, cinema, music, and arts in general. I enjoy martial arts and tennis and watching football.
