Carol Constant

Carol is an experienced communicator in multicultural environments, having visited over seventy countries and lived in six, on three continents. Her passion is in Learning and Development and Human Resources.

She worked for some of the world's top corporations. Yet, Carol saw the same issues in corporate workplaces in every corner of the world.

This led her to found her technology startup WhomLab, to help managers build stronger teams, matching people based on their soft skills profiles: problem-solving, decision-making etc..
