I'm a problem solver who has worked my up from environmental fieldwork to management and I enjoy sharing my techniques for success with others. I believe in the power of community and knowledge sharing to help others achieve their goals. As a natural introvert, I've had to learn which communication methods, time management and prioritization techniques work best for me.

With experience in local government, construction, manufacturing, electric generation, waste management and pharmaceuticals, I've probably encountered every type of challenge you can imagine. I enjoy meeting new people and volunteering regularly in my community, especially supporting diversity and the arts.
