I am a passionate multicultural HR professional interested in people's development, talent management , change management, organisational development, leadership partnership and development and coaching I have been in various different type of positions in HR, starting from HR administrator to go through 3rd HR position in past 5 years. Currently I am working with different kind of cultures across the whole Europe and partnering to leaders on VP and director levels. This year I succesfully finished life coaching by American institution inlp center and Gallup strenghts certification by Inpram institution. I am also very keen about learning latest HR trends and tendencies. I am also part of HR CIPD community and HR disruptive community. I love mentoring and having possibility to pass my knowledge and experience to anyone that can be useful for.
