Antonia is an experienced Finance and Operations Executive, which is currently taking her career break. During the break she turned into ESL Teacher, currently based in Thailand. With over 22 years of experience in leading high-performing teams and driving strategic transformations in multinational corporations, Antonia has a wealth of knowledge to share.

Having established and led a Shared Service Center for Philips TV/Audio in Europe, managed teams of up to 70 people, Antonia has a deep understanding of finance & customer service processes, process improvements, and teams & individual development. After a rewarding corporate career, she temporarily transitioned to teaching role, discovering her passion for education and mentoring.

In the current role, Antonia inspires young learners and supports their academic growth, applying her leadership skills in a new context. She is considering a future career in educational field, where she can pass on her extensive knowledge.
