Having established and led a Shared Service Center for Philips TV/Audio in Europe, managed teams of up to 70 people, Antonia has a deep understanding of finance & customer service processes, process improvements, and teams & individual development. After a rewarding corporate career, she temporarily transitioned to teaching role, discovering her passion for education and mentoring. She helped young learners at private school in Thailand.
