Ania Bornova

Hi, I'm Ania, currently managing a 3 piece-maternity-leave :) but still here for marketing and career mentoring. I have worked in startup marketing since I was 20, be it in non-profit, e-commerce or fintech. My break-through career moment, I would say, was becoming the team leader of 20 people at the age of 25, after only a year of working for ZOOT fashion e-store. I had to learn leadership skills, crisis-solving, prioritization and effective project management on the run. I studied outside of work to deliver the best results and to have the best relationships at work. I love honest conversations and motivating others to be their best-selves, by making such effort everyday myself. My last job position as a startup CMO involved both high-level decision making and hands-on activities such as PR or e-mail automation. Every now and then I have been helped in my life by inspirational people, and I feel it is my duty to give back to the community. xx
