In 2014, Andrea co-founded an e-learning agency with a Spanish business partner. Through this experience, she gained significant experience in both female and male leadership in an intercultural mix, and has developed strongly as a person in areas such as emotional intelligence and emotional management.

Andrea is a highly trained coach with expertise in emotional coaching, solution-focused coaching, NLP, and hypnosis. She has received training from leading experts in these fields, and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her coaching practice. She holds an MBA and has a degree in business informatics.
