Alvina Andrzejewski

Alvina brings over a decade of E-Commerce expertise and a strong background in organizational leadership to her mentor role at Femme Palette. Her determined and dynamic approach is evident as she develops strategic roadmaps and impactful deliverables, boosting operational efficiency and enhancing teamwork across departments. Beyond managing projects and operations, she is a mentor who actively fosters a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative success.

She holds a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from UC San Diego and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Organizational Leadership at Arizona State University, furthering her expertise to guide transformative leadership strategies. She has built enterprise-level frameworks, optimized process workflows, and enhanced program management in digital operations. She plays a vital role in shaping discussions and strategy within her company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) resource groups and learning and development teams.

Outside of professional activities, Alvina is a passionate mentor and avid learner, dedicated to helping others forge rewarding career paths. She enjoys Zumba, yoga, cooking, and spending quality time with her family, drawing inspiration through their support and adventures. Alvina’s holistic approach to leadership and her dedication to positive change make her an invaluable coach and mentor.
