Alvina Andrzejewski

Alvina brings 10+ years of E-Commerce expertise and a strong foundation in organizational leadership. She has managed large-scale retail product and catalog workflows, and built cross-functional programs that improved speed, accuracy, and customer experience. Known for transforming ambiguity into clear roadmaps, she has developed scalable processes that align teams to deliver significant impact. She’s collaborated with merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and tech teams to drive innovation, reduce costs, and improve data integrity across systems.

Alvina holds a B.A. in Anthropology from UC San Diego and is pursuing an M.S. in Organizational Leadership at Arizona State University. She’s skilled in stakeholder alignment, change management, and mentoring others through career and leadership transitions. As a mentor, she empowers others to grow with purpose, clarity, and confidence. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, Zumba, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
