- 10 years of experience in HR in mosty tech based environment
- corporate, startup and also agency/consultancy environment
- my main topics are leadership development, coaching, people care
- coach (member of ICF)

Since 2013 I am always around when topics like human potential, motivation and development are raised. I was always motivated by finding a balance between human centric approach and data driven environment. My professional life was for more than 8 years based mostly in recruitment (especially IT and engineering), but since I easily tend to see things in bigger picture, it actually never ended with candidates starting date. I enjoy supporting people during their career path, helping them to overcome difficulties and demanding communications situations.
