Before going solo, I led hiring in hypergrowth companies, managing teams, processes, and pressure. I’ve survived two burnouts, relocated countries, and rebuilt not just my career, but my nervous system.

Now I guide high-functioning professionals who look composed on the outside but feel stuck inside. I help them move from reactivity and self-doubt to clarity, courage, and conscious action.

Using neuroscience, REBT, and deep recruitment know-how, I offer job search strategies that work, confident self-presentation, and burnout-free communication.
