Aleš Bartůněk

Ales is an experienced executive with more than 25 years of experience in general management, setting strategy, business development and sales, experienced in working in complex matrix organisations. He served 20 years for IBM in multiple executive positions, including IBM General Manager/CEO positions in Czech Republic, Turkey and Poland & Baltics, Vice-president System Hardware and Vice-president Sales IBM CEE .
He has an experience working in the complex and diverse environment in terms of languages, legal frames and cultural differences. He is passionate about clients relationships, effective communicator, experienced in creating organisational capability and in public appearances. Ales has an experience with managing P&L in matrix organization (across countries and lines of business). He has strong focus on integrity and compliance as the top business enabler.
Aleš holds a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has the passion for flying, Private Pilot License (PPL) holder.
