Aldila Sukma

I’m passionate about supply chain management, logistics, and transportation. I’ve spent the last 10+ years learning the ins and outs of the industry. My objective is to be a well-rounded expert in the supply chain network, and I love sharing what I’ve learned with others along the way.

I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse environments that have really shaped the way I approach problem-solving and teamwork. I thrive in collaborative spaces where everyone feels supported and valued, and I’m especially passionate about empowering women, LGBTQ+ folks, and people of color in their careers. Diversity of thought and experience is key to success, and I’m excited to help others bring their unique perspectives to the table.

Over the years, I’ve mentored a few junior team members and helped them grow in their roles, which has been incredibly rewarding. Whether it’s onboarding a new teammate or brainstorming solutions to complex supply chain problems, I love helping others find their way and see things from a new angle.

I’m all about seeing how everything in a process connects and how small changes can make a big impact. My intention as a mentor is to make sure my mentees feel seen in their worth, supported and empowered
