Adriana Bóková

I am Adriana, a Senior Manager in People Development with a passion for learning, coaching, and supporting sustainable, authentic growth. I work closely with leaders and teams on performance, development, and culture, with a strong focus on the human side of work.
I bring hands-on experience in launching people projects and programs that support recruitment, onboarding, and long-term talent growth. My background includes performance management implementation, working as a People Business Partner in a global environment, and training and onboarding new managers to help them succeed with confidence and clarity.
I believe it is both possible and necessary to find a healthy balance between performance and well-being. I value honest conversations, continuous learning, and creating safe spaces where growth can happen naturally.
Outside of work, I recharge through yoga, movement, and with my family and friends, as well as quiet creative moments with a pencil and paper.
