Adéla Karlovská has over twenty years of experience in finance, management, and team development, having held managerial positions in highly dynamic international corporations. In 2018, she made a daring leap, leaving the corporate world to follow her true passion: empowering people through coaching, mentoring, and training.
Today, she lectures at MBA programs, leads the MŠMT-accredited Coach course, and provides individual coaching and consulting in both Czech and English. She serves as a mentor in programs with the British Chamber of Commerce, the Nordic Chamber of Commerce, and Minerva 21.
Her work combines deep corporate leadership expertise with NLP techniques, integration constellations, and personal development methods.
