Apart from this, he has a proven track record in establishing the brand image of the institution, setting up the institutional infrastructure, undertaking market research for establishing tertiary institutions abroad and promotional strategies. He has experience in looking after the recruitment of international students; spearheading the campus operations; negotiating with Government officials, Ministers and University top management for required accreditations and approvals and handling the gamut of operations required for establishing a new campus including purchasing material, lease agreements
An astute tactician and strategist having skills in driving business growth through implementation of competitive strategies, establishing a strong agency network in the Asian and African markets and consistently exceeded the targets of recruitment of international students for the Indian branch.
Currently he is associated with AFRO HASH TEC SOLUTIONS LTD, MAURITIUS a tech start up focusing African continent and FUTURECAREERS UK LTD as International operations Director for establishing the Brand across the globe, which focus on International student recruitments to UK universities and Career guidance and trainings.
He was recently associated with CRESTANKS Uganda Ltd. As Sales and Marketing manager for Uganda. Crestanks is a member of the AquaSanTec group that operates in East African countries. It was incorporated in 1991 and started operations in 1994, being the market leader in water and sanitation solutions in East Africa and beyond.
Earlier, St. Mary’s Group of Institutions, Hyderabad, India as Director (National/International Operations) and Campus In Charge since Jun’ 12. During Jun’ 12-Jun’ 13, he was relocated to Mauritius for market research and assessing the possibility of setting up tertiary institution in Mauritius. During Jun’ 13-Mid Dec’ 14, he was again relocated to Uganda for spearheading the Marketing efforts and establishing network in African regions mainly in Uganda. Since Mid-December 2014 he has been relocated to Kolkata in India as an In Charge of St. Mary’s Technical Campus Kolkata.
Earlier, he had worked with Intrachai Commercial College, Bangkok, Thailand as an English Teacher, Intern (Feb-Mar’ 12); Apex Aims Ltd., London, UK as Sales Surveyor (Sep’ 09-May’ 11); ATG Business Solutions, Hyderabad, India as Senior Associate (Dec’ 08-Aug’ 09); IMS Learning Center as Center Head/Senior Faculty during Jul’ 05 – Sep’ 06 (Full Time) and Sep’ 06 – Nov’ 08 (Part Time). During his stint with IMS, he had excellent accomplishments and contributions towards establishing the institutional brand by planning and executing effective strategies and marketing plans as a Center Head of IMS (Guntur) for Quantitative Aptitude and Analytical Reasoning. He holds the recognition for having trained the 1st Batch of students for IMS in the region, who thereby successfully achieved the Ranks in Competitive Exams like ICET (A.P). Prior to this, he was associated with TIME Pvt. Ltd. as a Center Head/Sr. Faculty during Aug’ 99-Jul’ 05. Here again, he was stellar in driving the efforts for establishing and launching the centers across the region, had contributions in updating the syllabus and implemented innovative solutions for enhancing opportunities.
Through his entire professional tenure, he has acquired multi-disciplinary exposures with proven capabilities in streamlining the systemic framework, building functional synergies and creating value and managed coordination activities deftly for driving measurable outcomes.
An impressive communicator with powerful influencing skills, having proven abilities in achieving organizational growth by motivating teams and reviewing performance periodically. He is highly people driven and enjoys working in an environment which supports knowledge sharing and Out of the Box Thinking abilities. Academically, he has completed Masters in Business Administration with Finance and Marketing specialization from Osmania University, India; Bachelor of Science [Math’s, Physics, Electronics] from Acharya Nagarjuna University, India. He has acquired TESOL Certification in Kolkata, India from American TESOL Institute. He is also volunteered in many Mentorship programs at Mauritius to young graduates on career guidance.
