Martina Kopecká

Martina has over ten years of experience in HR and broad experience with various roles in various companies. Her current position in Billigence is mainly focused on processes and operations in CEE & Nordics region. She is part of process modeling, internal systems, and improvement projects such as onboarding, payroll, automatization, HRIS, and many more.
Billigence provides business intelligence solutions to an international customer base covering various industries, including, but not limited to, Telecommunications, Banking & Finance, Education, Government, Retail, Manufacturing, Energy, and Media.

In her previous company, she was head of HR in a small Czech Graphic startup and remotely set all of the fundamental processes as a consultant. It was a temporary project.

And last but not least was the Footshop, where she was dedicated to recruitment and internal HR activities. In Footshop, she was responsible for Finance, Customer Care, Buying, and the other departments. She's got used to leading searches for the best future colleagues across positions, i.e., covering the recruitment process from start to finish, direct management of development (Training and development program), performance, and any tricky situations, to help newbies in onboarding and keep joyful colleagues and remotely during their stay in Footshop, advising to managers in cases of complex HR issues and labor code, covering internal processes end to end. And many more :)

In 2018 half a year, she had a break and was in Sumatra teaching local children the English language voluntarily.

When Martina doesn't work, she dedicates her time to yoga (she has a certification course for teaching), skiing, snowboarding, longboarding, and sports in general, as well as music, friends, and driving a car :)
