Lene is the Founder and a Counselor at Core Counseling Service. She is originally from Norway, where she has worked in NGOs and Municipalities with project management and professional development within the fields of social work, equality, inclusion and feature participation. Lene is passionate about bridging the communication gap that often occurs in personal and professional life across differences in age, position, culture and experience.

Lene is i licenced in a variety of different techniques, including CBT and has worked with empowerment, confidence and self-awareness, and such is a potential mentor for candidates at all organizational levels, from junior to management.
