From Healthcare to Automotive, Quickly and Easily... Though It Wasn't Easy and Took 15 Years.

I graduated with a degree in Midwifery and worked in healthcare in the Czech Republic, Austria, and Germany. Throughout these years, I gained an understanding of human needs and the ability to respond swiftly to changes and crisis situations.

However, my career path radically changed later on. After gaining experience as a legal assistant and interpreter, I discovered a new direction in the automotive industry. I started in a junior position, but thanks to my ability to learn quickly and leverage my strengths in communication, organization, and team leadership, I worked my way up to top management. Along the way, I supplemented my education with an MBA in Strategic Management.

I also mentor others, helping them navigate their career paths and develop their skills.

What do I take away from this experience every day? That experiences and strengths can be utilized across different fields and hierarchies when you work well with them and continue to develop them.
