I can bring order out of chaos and balance between being strict and friendly, depending on what is needed. This is how my colleagues describe me. I’m not someone who likes to stand still, but I have always remained loyal to my employer. I focus on finding solutions that drive companies and the people within them forward, and I truly enjoy it. Give me an idea, and I’ll make it happen. I thrive on challenges and always strive to be the best. I was awarded the Rector's Prize as the best student in my Master's program. During my PhD studies, I managed study stays from Canada to New Zealand and won the university's PhD Excellence Award. At the Obsahová agentúra, I worked my way up from a junior position to one directly under the owners. Today, I manage the operations of an entire IT company, despite having studied literature. I firmly believe that if a person wants something and gives their best, they can achieve it. And I want to be the best mentor I can be for you.
