Dominika Pivodová Lišková

My professional journey in HR started purely by chance: In 2016, I worked as a content strategist in a small (30-ish people) marketing agency, managed a team of copywriters and editors and came up with the idea that every colleague should receive the same introductory training, development options or that we should foster company culture. I had the opportunity to start creating those processes and soon realized that I've found my calling.

Since then, I've worked in various HR positions (specialist, generalist, manager) in small/medium enterprises (startups, scaleups, IT agencies, marketing & PR agencies). My forte is setting processes, candidate-oriented hiring (with both results and positive impact on employer brand), fostering company culture and using AI in HR. I have completed a (6 month, 150 hours) coaching training and I offer career coaching/counseling as a side project.

In 2023, I won the prestigious Czech Recruiter of the Year award.
