Beatrice is an executive mentor helping leaders find their voice through personal branding.

She builds life skills in a holistic manner, with a focus on entrepreneurship and job creation.

By implementing programs on mentoring for leadership, Beatrice helps
companies achieve their diversity and inclusion goals.

Beatrice is the organiser of the very first TED women in Namibia: TEDxVinetaWomen, an unparalleled platform showcasing leadership from Namibia to the world.

Beatrice sits on the Project Steering Committee of Trade Forward Southern Africa (TFSA).

Under TFSA, she has trained three cohorts of entrepreneurs to equip them with the knowledge needed to successfully trade their goods.

Beatrice has an Honours degree in Media, specialising in Public Relations and Visual Arts.

She is an alumni of the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders.
