I am people development professional, business trainer and coach with 10 years of experience. I am in love with my profession: change and growth are non-negotiables part of life and I find it very fulfilling to be able to facilitate this process for my clients.

My career path was anything, but straightforward: I navigated the radical career change (from financial audit to HR L&D), twice in my life got a job after being explicitly rejected for it and managed to pivot my career internally when feeling stuck. All these experiences have given me plenty of learnings that I use myself and am happy to share with the people I work with.
