Over the past 27 years, I've been fortunate to experience a great deal of freedom in my career.
While I've achieved successes, I've also encountered my fair share of mistakes along the way. Now, I strongly believe it's the opportune moment to share my experiences and support a younger manager in navigating and learning from those mistakes. I aim to guide them in avoiding pitfalls or embracing them to glean valuable lessons, all while embracing and maximizing the journey ahead
