With a global footprint spanning Europe, the USA, Africa, and Asia, I am a visionary HR leader and coach based in Berlin. My specialty lies in transforming business visions into robust HR strategies, emphasizing performance, growth, and profound employee engagement. At Access Microfinance Holding AG, I pioneered initiatives like the first company-wide 360 evaluations for top managers, setting new HR benchmarks. At JSC Credo Bank in Georgia, I oversaw the shift from an MFI to a full-service bank, leading 4.5K employees across 65 branches.

But my expertise isn’t confined to HR. Recently embracing entrepreneurship, I've founded a venture that aligns with my passion for fostering leadership and positive organizational change. As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, my approach is described by clients as a "motivational volcano" – challenging norms and unlocking potentials.

Outside of my professional journey, I wear the proud hats of a mother to two small children, constantly drawing inspiration from them and incorporating life's lessons into my coaching methodology.
