Hana Pásková

I am a manager with over 5 years of experience at senior management level. Currently, I lead a team of 100 colleagues, responsible for real estate and fleet services at E.ON Czech, the playmaker in energy business. My role is directly responsible to the Board.

Maintaining such a large team, along with a 3500 service user base, often brings cultural and behavioral challenges, coming from differences in age, gender, location or experience level. As a leader, I prioritize effective and mindful communication to overcome the obstacles and keep moving the team forward. With the dynamic changes in our field, such as the ESG agenda or emerging security threats, I have to focus how to equip my team with the ability to quickly expand and use new knowledges and foster a stronger digital mindset. Obviously, our work involves not only the daily challenges but also strategic topic and crises, that team must be able to resolve swiftly.
