I am a Certified Career Coach and Management Consultant for TA Strategy and Capability building within Teams and Leadership Development, impacting over 500 people. I have in total 14 years of experience in customer service, sales, talent management, recruitment, talent development, stakeholder management, learning design, team development, transformation strategy and coaching. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) trough the Association for Coaching Organization (AC). I am coaching Teams and Leaders globally across Industries. I hold a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Business (Justus-Liebig University in Germany). I speak fluently Turkish and German (native language). My passion for Mental Health and Well-being made me an Advocate in Accenture and I participate in various voluntarily events/workshops/trainings as a Mentor as well. I am a big believer that our professional growth is linked to our personal growth. I am helping women to get unstuck in their bodies and minds by creating habits that support them and I am also a certified Pilates Instructor by heart.
