Clara Davies

Hello, I'm Clara :)

I'm a career transition coach currently running my own coaching practice. I speacialize in working with creatives who feel stuck in their current position and want to find out what else is out there for them.

I was born in Barcelona in a trilingual household. I've lived abroad for the past 13 years and have worked across different industries, from corporate to creative.

Before I became a coach, I worked in the music industry and event organizing for almost a decade. In my last years in the corporate work I specialized in team building facilitation.

In June 2023, I co-founded a pro bono career coaching program aimed to support people who have been affected by layoffs.

When I'm not doing any of the above, you will find me planning monthly in person meetups and networking events, listening to NTS, going on 'inspiration walks' and warmly petting every dog I come across with.
