I am a H(uman) R(elations) professional with nearly 20 years of HR experience and coaching training.

My goal is to raise the level of HR in the Czech Republic and help companies develop people, teams and culture. I believe that good work is the key to a good life. My heart is in values-based organizations that promote autonomy, self-management and empathetic leadership.
