I pride myself in being a strong leader, continuing to develop my own skills by learning from other leaders, and seeing the individual contributors on my team develop into great leaders themselves.
My sales career started selling women's activewear for 2 years, prior to working in the warehouse for 2 years prior to. From there, I made the jump to tech sales (SaaS), working for ADP, and since then have been working for TrackTik (2018). This is where my growth took off; I've gone from AE, to Team Lead AE, Manager, and now Director.
I'm an open book and seek to help new managers and sellers not make the same mistakes I made early-on.
