Session 1: Introduction to Agile and Scrum [March 12, 5:00 PM CET]

The first session provides an overview of Agile, clarifying what it is—and what it is not. Participants will explore the purpose of Agile methodologies and gain a foundational understanding of Scrum. The session will include a hands-on exercise to create a Product Vision.

Session 2: Scrum Artifacts and Ceremonies [March 19, 5:00 PM CET]

In the second session, participants will dive deeper into Scrum practices, focusing on key artifacts such as user stories and the product backlog. Scrum ceremonies will be explored in detail, followed by practical exercises on creating a product backlog and facilitating a Sprint Review and Retrospective.

Session 3: Visual Management and Team Leadership [March 26, 5:00 PM CET]

The final session covers essential tools like JIRA and MIRO for effective Agile management. Participants will also explore techniques for team coaching and leadership in an Agile environment. The session will emphasize practical strategies for fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Where does the course take place?

All of our short courses take place online via Zoom, making them accessible to attendees all over the world. Please note that the course times stated above are for the CET time zone, so make sure to convert these times if you're in a different time zone.

What if I can't attend a session?

Recordings will be shared after each of the course sessions so you can catch up on anything you missed.

What size of group can I expect at the course?

To ensure more personal contact with the facilitator and enough time for questions and discussions, we aim to keep each course group up to 20 attendees. We reserve the right to increase the maximum group size if there's high interest in the course, and upon agreement with the facilitator.

What is the refund policy?

You have the right to request a refund within 14 days from purchase without providing a reason. If the course is cancelled for reasons on our side, you will also be refunded.
